Refund and Cancellation policy


Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, as it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your trust in choosing to travel with us and understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved, we have outlined our cancellation and postponement policy below:-


1. Requests Made 30 Days or More Before Travel Date-
If we receive your cancellation or postponement request at least 30 days before your scheduled travel date, you will be eligible for the following options:
10% cancellation fee (90% refund of the total booking amount processed to the original mode of payment).
OR 
A one-time option to postpone your trip to a future available date, at no additional cost (subject to availability and written confirmation).
 
2. Requests Made Between 20 to 29 Days Before Travel Date- 
If you notify us of your intent to cancel or postpone the trip between 20 and 29 days before your scheduled departure, you are eligible for the following:
A 50% refund of the total amount paid.
OR 
A one-time option to postpone your trip to a later available date, at no additional cost (subject to availability and written confirmation).

3. Requests Made Less Than 20 Days Before Travel Date- 
If a cancellation or postponement request is made less than 20 days before the travel date, the following policy applies:
No refund will be issued.
However, you may still opt to postpone your trip once to a future available date. This rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by our team.

4. Requests Made Less Than 10 Days Before Travel Date-
If a cancellation or postponement request is made less than 10 days before the travel date, the following policy applies:
No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling to a future date is not permitted.
 
Refund Processing
  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of written confirmation of cancellation. Refund eligibility will be calculated from the time the cancellation request is received.
  • Any bank, transaction, or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes
  • No refunds will be given for early returns, unused rental days, or no-shows.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to the person who made the booking.
  • The postponement option can be exercised only once per booking. Any subsequent changes will be treated as a cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to deny postponement requests in case of peak-season unavailability or if the terms of postponement are not met.
Right to Cancel
The User expressly undertakes to provide CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED with correct and valid information while making use of the Website, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts. Any default on the part of the User would disentitle the User from availing the services from CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED.

In case CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of the travellers is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by that User, CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED shall be entitled to appropriate legal remedies against the User, including cancellation of the bookings, without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any other person in the booking, as a consequence of such cancellation of the booking or services.

If any judicial, quasi-judicial, investigation agency, or government authority approaches CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED to cancel any booking, CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED will cancel the same without approaching the concerned User whose booking has been cancelled.
  • The User shall not hold CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include CARVAA TRAVELERS PRIVATE LIMITED denying or cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
