Our rentals are charged on a per-day basis, which includes the driver’s fee. Fuel expenses, state taxes, toll charges, and parking fees are not included and must be covered separately by the travellers as per actuals. For more details, click here.
Our caravans are currently provided with a caretaker-cum-driver. All drivers are professionally trained and assist with navigation, parking, and daily setup to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey.
If you wish to experience driving the van during the trip, you may do so on open and safe stretches, with the driver shifting to the passenger seat—subject to mutual understanding and road conditions.
We are based in Delhi!
We are based out of Delhi but we do provide a pick and drop facility outside of Delhi-NCR as well. The caravans can be sent to your preferred location across India. In such cases, we charge 50% of the vans' per-day rental till it reaches your location from Delhi + fuel, state taxes & toll taxes. The same would apply when the vans would come back to Delhi.
Our drivers sleep in the front cabin in the same Caravan. There is a partition wall with a locking door between the front cabin and the backside. This is done to ensure privacy for everyone.
All our caravans have AC inside them except for ‘Rare’. It is more suitable for off-roading trips up in the North.
You can park the Caravans at any spot you find beautiful. Besides, we also have associations with local camping grounds and guest houses who can accommodate us in their premises at nominal charges. In our experience, people are mostly happy to allow parking around their premises. There are government parking spaces too. Moreover, our caretaker-cum-drivers can also help you in finding a safe place to halt.
The mileage of caravan ‘Rare’ is 10-11 kmpl, mileage of ‘Fine’ is 8-9 kmpl and mileage of ‘Yusafir’ and ‘Maverick’ is 6-7 kmpl.
All our vehicles are regularly serviced and thoroughly inspected to ensure a safe and smooth journey. However, in the rare event of a breakdown, we provide on-road assistance to resolve the issue promptly.
If necessary, and subject to your location and vehicle availability, a replacement caravan will be arranged to help you continue your trip with minimal interruption.
If a replacement cannot be arranged due to unforeseen circumstances, we will initiate a refund for the unused portion of your booking—ensuring a fair, transparent, and customer-first resolution.
We don't make itinerary or packages as such. You can take the Caravans to any place that you like. However, we can help you in suggesting good places to stop and explore if you share your itinerary with us.
